I wanted to share a few listings that crossed my desk over the last two weeks.
It’s a mix of locations this time: Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. These stood out to me because of the location and build quality relative to the price, which people are often focused on.
Here is what I’m looking at:
1. Florianópolis, Brazil
Location: Ingleses Norte Price: $305k


This is located in a quieter area of the island, specifically the Gaivotas Golden Residence.
It’s an 87m² (936 sq ft) unit with 2 suites and a panoramic ocean view. The building is properly equipped: infinity pool, gym, and a large balcony. Nice option if you are looking for a calmer beach setup rather than the busy city center vibe.
Since it’s already away from the city, on the beach, traffic and summer city problems aren’t a concern. You’ll be insulated from all that in this area.
2. Asunción, Paraguay
Location: Near Shopping del Sol Price: $165k


I see a lot of "budget" builds in Asunción, but this one is different. It’s a high-quality build from a solid developer, located about 7 minutes from Shopping del Sol.
It’s 86m² (925 sq ft), so it’s actual living size, not a tiny investor studio. It’s designed for families or long-term residents rather than short-term Airbnbs. Good finishings and in the best part of town.
Being built by a reputed developer from Chile, this is one of the more solid upcoming projects in Asuncion now.
3. Buenos Aires, Argentina
Location: Palermo Hollywood (Near Parque Rosedal) Price: $190k


This is a unique find. It’s a Triplex (3 floors) right next to the famous Parque Rosedal. Amazing location. About as good as location gets in BA.
It’s 90m² total and comes with its own private terrace and parrilla (BBQ), which is a nice feature for this neighborhood. It gets a lot of light and has a very specific "Buenos Aires" character to it. Great spot if you want something that feels unique, something to make your own.
